John is an excellent instructor. He made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Ozark CDL. Excellent equipment as well. I almost aced the test and only missed one item on the pre-inspection, but wasn't John fault, just mine. Aced the skills and driving tests. The airbrake video was very helpful and I watch it a lot prior to the class. Thanks to Ozark CDL.

John was very friendly and professional. The equipment is very clean and easier to drive than one may think. If you pay attention to John and what he is teaching, everything should become almost second nature to you at the end of the day. I had not had a lot of road time after obtaining my permit and passed my first try. I recommend any one needing assistance with CDL give Ozark CDL a call, you won't be disappointed!

First and foremost! Thank you John and Ginger for all your assistance and professionalism with obtaining my CDL. Both John and his wife Ginger are professionals who care, and it would be hard to meet two nicer individuals. John is a previous drivers license examiner and therefore knows how to train you! Not with just how to inspect a vehicle, but also how to present yourself to your testing examiner and the correct wording to use while performing your inspection as improper wording/description can be a deduction against your testing score. The equipment you use is top notch, and the trailer should you be testing for class A has no rear suspension which is a PLUS so you cannot be deducted any points for improper inspection on the trailer suspension testing...IT's NOT THERE! It is my recommendation to anyone with the desire to obtain any class of CDL to go to the DMV, ask for a Commercial Drivers License Study Guide and study it diligently, take and pass the required written testing for the class license desired and after passing, having a permit for at least fourteen days, call John and Ginger to schedule your pre-trip, skills and backing training with their company Ozark CDL LLC. There is no need for anyone to be taken advantage of by the many trucking company sponsored schools where you will have to pay thousands, be locked in to a company that has you driving for peanuts and are not allowed to work for another company until the money is paid back (with interest) and the time has lapsed. Very detailed instruction and everything you need to know about driving a commercial vehicle. I work out of state and was concerned with my time frame to obtain my CDL. I just called and they handled everything including scheduling the driving exam. I drove 300 miles to get there and left 4 hours later with my license. I highly recomend Ozark Cdl, they take the stress out of this process!! Thank you John
